Shipping and Stock Status
Our policy is to roast-to-order all orders of 5 lbs or more of any single offering and ship the next business day with normal Ground delivery times. Smaller orders may take up to 3 days, depending on roast schedule and demand. ALL orders are shipped within 24 hours of being roasted so you are assured to receive the freshest roasted coffee possible. Deliveries are subject to carriers normal delivery times and dates/days.
Shipping & Handling Information
With only a few exceptions, we don't charge our customers extra for heavy or oversized items delivered using our standard ground service within the 48 connecting states. You pay only one shipping and handling charge based on the weight of your order. This charge will automatically be calculated for you at checkout. Orders that are split—sent to two different addresses—are considered separate orders.
Orders for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories* require an express shipping method for delivery; please select your preference when placing your order. The shipping amount indicated will not reflect actual shipping charges. We will contact you prior to processing your order with the final shipping charge and for your approval.
* (Note: Qualifying U.S. Territories have 5-digit USPS Zip Codes)
APO/FPO Addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes, but are charged only our normal shipping rates. We are happy to subsidize the cost of shipping to our Men and Women in our Armed Forces. Sorry, but due to the high cost of these shipments we are not able to extend any "Free Shipping" offers to APO?FPO addresses.
We have negotiated rates and offer a variety of options for Standard Ground (within 7 business days), expedited and overnight (next business day) delivery. We charge only actual carrier fees. All delivery options will be offered at checkout unless otherwise noted.
Sending Products to a Different Address
If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the Shipping Information section at checkout.
Splitting an Order Between Two Shipping Addresses
If you are splitting the order between two addresses (i.e. sending some products to one address and other products to a different address), each order will need to be entered separately. See "Sending Products to a Different Address" above for instructions on sending products to an address different than your billing address. Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order.
